I'm quite attatched to this one!
Well, I should be! I spent well over 70 hours on it. Sketch and all. Crazy huh? =>_<= But I also spent a lot of time layering the paint to get it opaque, which takes up a LOT of time.
I'm happy with her, I hope you like her too. =

This may be one in a set of four. I plan on doing three more. This may take a while... heh...

O.O WOW!!! I ADORE her boots and her knot-wings and the knotwork and the little dragonlings and her pose and...*explodes* One of your best ever!!!!
Wow! I'm so impressed by your level of dedication! It really looks amazing. Your seventy hours were well-spent. The details in this are gorgeous, and very masterfully handled, considering how tricky Celtic knots are to work with. And all in acrylic! That's really something. I've always found the stuff a nightmare to work with. How large is this piece in person?

So I'm sitting here trying to think of the words for how great this is, and my friend leans over my shoulder and says "I'd do 'er"
So... any writing skill I might have possessed to admire this with has just been usurped by stupidity.
ummm... *thumbs up*

Her hip-area seens a bit too small...or maybe she's a bit on the short side; I'm not quite too sure, but it's very beautiful, m'dear. ^__^
I know how hard it is to get the paint to be opaque. .__.; Down with the paint! I had to make my water-colour opaque...I just said screw it and gave up.
I was close, though!
At any rate, I really like the Celtic knot-works, they're very detailed. :)

Great design on the clothing and wings! That was a very unique idea to give her knotwork wings.
