Good job! Creepy as hell, and the song fits wonderfully with the clips...I almost teared up for a second there(though that might just be because I'm really tired). I like this a lot. ^^
Also, it's kinda ironic; I tried to make a music video to the original version of Lilium a couple of days ago- it didn't turn out nearly as good, but. xD
