Tachine has sooooo many pretty and sparkly and wonderful Sailor Senshi designs, it blows my mind!
I want to draw them ALL!!!
And it's not just her Senshi, it's her fantasy stuff, too. She has a lot of races of elves and dwarves and faeries and such....she's so creative. *_*
*coughs* ...
But back to the point. I decided to do a giftart for her, and I rather liked Sailor NeoMoon, sooo....I drew a pencil bust of NeoMoon. ^^#;;
