I present you the Wheel of Fortune. Bear in mind, I'm doing reversed meanings of my cards.
A little story on my picture: The guy in the cap is my scorpion demon, Diya. He lived a gloomy life under his abusive father (an executioner) who didn't care for him and only beat him up to see him cry and miserable. His life changed until he met Farid (the beheaded guy in his arms) who became his best friend.

Like any boys, they had fun, played together, shared their problems, etc. One day, Diya wished that his father would die to end his misery and he can take over his executioner position. Being a son of an assassin, Farid murdered Diya's father in order to fulfil his dream and Diya ascended as an executioner happily. However, as the truth of the murder scene was discovered, Diya was forced to execute his best friend for his crime. Lady Fate has already decided this would happen... A twist of Fate.
This relates to the reversed meaning of Wheel of Fortune - unexpected downfalls. As the wheel turns downwards, misfortunes come to you as a surprise, a twist of fate, a cruel outcome for Diya. But life has its ups and downs as the wheel turns upwards for a fruitful joy and happiness. The gear, of course, represents the Wheel itself, Lady Fate is the destiny part of the card, Diya represents the entire misfortune as the Wheel turns downwards.
Many thanks to Nainami for adding the border.
