Looks like Bahamut of FF10. ish The lower claws kinda remind me of Ed from Ed Edd and Eddy. When he creates his own monster thing, that spews Chunky Puffs, that was a funny eposode... Looks cool, nice coloring. Love the deatil in the horns. Haven't seem art from you in a while, Kudos.
