Hah, preppy pretty boys are so funny. Especially the ones that look like Sephiroth. Andy Dickman has some cool and interesting designs there and you were able to capture his style of art really well. Very nice work, and comical as always.
Although I still think Dark Blues looks more like Sephiroth than any Rockman character or fancharacter I've yet seen.

Yes, you don't need big weapons or a freaky HQ to be evil...you just need to look like Sephiroth.
