From what I know, the song is "Go Straight" from Streets of Rage. I really like that song. The animation is from orochinagi.com, a cool fighting game site. This took me a while, since I couldn't figure out how to put bakgrounds on different layers.

the song was the main attraction. Next time i suggest you use 23 fps and possibly a newer version of the song.
