Have you ever wondered where rivers come from? It seems so strange that there'd always be enough snow on the mountain tops and enough rain in the skies to keep those neverending streams full of water. Maybe somewhere, on the highest peaks in starry nights there's an answer.
Corel Painter 9, Wacom Intuos 3, a couple of days. Walkthrough coming eventually.

Update: edited the lighting on the clouds a little, everything should work better now.

Gorgeous...I love the way the hair flows out in streams down the mountain and forming that treelike thing on her back (I'm afraid I just made a pretty thing sound ugly, which it isn't!). The poses of the ones I can see are very interesting and each seems to have a unique personality. The one in front seems awfully mournful...are her tears fueling the stream, perhaps?

A soul peice for me. Gorgous, and simple, but complex in that very way. Love it. It's just like in a dream.
