The Snow Maiden

This was a painting I did for my Step-Mother, Olya.
A rendition of The Snow Maiden in a Russian Folk Tale.
I'd spell out her name, but well...it's different characters and I'd butcher it in attempt to spell it. :)

She is the daughter of Winter and Spring. Protected by forest animals, and all she wants is to be able to feel and to love.
