finished :) Little description how I got this idea: I met some blind peoples a long time ago and I was so in awe how they can see/read/feel with only their hands... close your eyes and try to see with help of your hands, not so easy as many think.... nothing more to tell, hope you like it and "Happy new Year"!

Reference/Model: my friend Elena, thanks so much my dear.
Material: bristol board, mechanical pencil (6B), woodless pencil (9B) and for the dark areas Charcoal, paper stumps and a brush.

Nice concept! This is really awesome. The bleding is so smooth and the texture and detail in this image (especially in the hand) is really impressive.

I love the idea that inspired it as well as the way you have posted the updates on this image.

The only think that I can say is that the image, although breathtaking, gives the illusion that the hand is disjointed from the lady. I am not sure if this was intentional, so I thought I would mention it. Aside from that, and in my book that isn't a bad effect, the image is pristine and a .

also echt wow, is klasse geworden, die mühe hat sich absolut gelohnt, besonders gefällt mir das Auge an/in der Hand, und der Ring der am Mittelfinger soll das den Ring aus Herr der Ringe darstellen? Sieht niemlich so aus; also echt super geworden !
