I was bored and wanted to test a program I just got, so I did this. I made my userpage background with more or less this method.
I know the cursor jumps around sometimes. And I forgot to get a shot of the final product. Like it says, my background's an example.
And before ANYONE asks... no, I didn't get Flash, I don't have nearly that much disposable income. As it says in the "Tools" section, I used
Wink to make this.
