Hel is the Norse Goddess of the Underworld. I think mythology is really interesting, so I used the cover picture of Everworld #5, "Realm of the Reaper" to make this picture of Hel. It was a good way to work on detail and stuff in Photoshop. She's supposed to be half beautiful woman, half rotting corpse. Anyway, if any one is looking for an awesome book to read, they should definitely read the Everworld series.
