This is sakikara23 nameless Elf. The idea is hers, I took small liberties here and there. This my interpretation of her character She looks too serious. Sakikara23's elf is more joyful.

The lighting is great, along with the smooth colouring, and of course the linework is gorgeous. It's very delicate and precise. I really enjoy her expression, it's sort of a mixture of pensive and annoyed. ;3
You have a really good sense of colour; the backgrounds you paint always suit the figure really well, without being overpowering in the least.
The drapery is lovely and flows quite naturally, along with the gorgeous long hair. The cool gray tones you used for the hair behind her really help to fuse her with the background, and the free flowing strands really help give it that whimsical feel. She's not just standing there with a glowing hand, she's casting a spell. You really brought that across.
