The full set of my Kairyyl dolls. I decided to give the different genders of the Kairyyl subtypes different features. Sue me. I'm a little bored today.

Far left: Draconar male (top) female (bottom)
Now, to be clear, Draconars have the most variations of the three subtypes. They come in a rainbow of colors, ear styles, and horn styles. Please note that, as with all Kairyyl, there are no subspecies within each type. Skin color, horn style, ear style, these are jsut interspecies variations much as hair and eye color are within the human race. Draconars are the reptilian Kairyyl.
Now, illustrated here are two of the three different ear types: long and pointed and short and round like a human's (though you can't see them beneath her hair). The thrid ear type is fan-like. I have an image of it that I will be posting later today. The horns are just two of the endless variations on shape, style and length. All Draconars have bony points on their elbows and knees and the characteristic claw on the heel that all Kairyyl have. Their toes are clawed. The wing hands are two fingered and clawed.
The clothing is very typical of the stylers prefered by each gender. Males love shiny things and often wear at least one piece of jewelry according to taste and wear simple brightly colored robes (as shown). The females, while attracted to the shiny things worn by the males, prefer to wear none themselves. For clothing, their styles are also simple, but cover as little as possible. Truth be told, the Draconars don't really need to wear clothes but do as it makes non-Kairyyl feel more comfortable in dealing with them.

Center: Karshe male and female
The canine Kairyyl. They're easily distinguised by their long, fluffy tails. The males have a slightly shorter tail on average than the females. Both genders have a single wing claw as well as elbow and knee spines, though the spines on the males's elbows are les pronounced and some don't have them at all. As you cans ee in the image, it's most common for a Karshe male to not wear shirts. Karshe females tend to wear whatever strikes their fancy, even going so far as to modify the fashions worn by humans, Falleen or Lunyari to suit their physiology. Typically, though, they wear brief tops and either shorts or leggings with holes in the knees to accomodate their knee spines.
A note on the image itself. White Kairyyl of any type are very rare. The female pictured here isn't truly white, but she's very close.

Far right: Felinas male and female
Feline-type Kairyyl. Both genders tend to dress very much like humas on a regular basis only modified to accomodate their wings and spines. Male felinas don't have elbow spines, but have very prominant knee spines. Felinas have a three fingered dextrous hand on their wings and a curled piece of bone on wing elbow. The male's tail is significantly longer than the female's and the heel claw on the males is smaller than the claws of any other Kairyyl. Males also typically wear their hair up in topknots.
A note on the female's clothes. This is outfit and the golden anklet is only worn by female Kairyyl mages, regardless of subtype. I haven't designed a male mage's uniform yet.

A further note on Kairyyl. All Kairyyl dye a section of their bangs to display the primary color of their clan. I left their hair colors alone as I don't quite have all of the clans and their colors worked out yet. As you amy also note, all Kairyyl have the same wing type. All have a single fold in the wing and no wing bones. That's all membrane.
