Hitokiri Arlow

So this is my birthday present for my dear friend Jen-ness, who's 18th b-day was on November 30th. I only just got it back from her to scan and submit, and I must return it to her tomorrow. ^__^;; I know she has an account running around here somewhere... Just wish I knew what it was >__<

Anyways, this is her RP character, Hitokiri Arlow, from an RP she and I partake in. And if anyone pays attention to my other art, Arlow is the last name of my RP family. No, Hitokiri is not related to any of my characters, she was just kinda, adopted I guess, just after birth. It's hard to explain.
