This is the human version of Whiplash that goes with the vampire hunting... thing I've been working on and have yet to name.
He is now a German Catholic priest who works as a Purifier for the Vatican. That is, he destroys those they deem dangerous or impure. He is the last of an arcane breed of vampire known as a psychic vampire. These psychic vampires are devourers of souls and the Vatican destroyed all of them but Whiplash, who they enslaved to do their dirty work. He knows nothing of his past before he became a Purifier and is fanatically loyal to the Catholic church and Christian dogma.
He likes single-action revolvers. Specifically a .454 Casull. And I know the bullets look weird.
