Confined Emotions

Confined within this shell,
Hallow sounds that echo silence.
All attempts to move foward fail,
screaming out in search of guidence.
These thoughts apear so incohearant,
Emotions all of which are crying.
So everyday time is spent,
Wallowing in thought as though dying.
From within tears do fall,
Crashing upon this hallowed floor.
Only from one thought there is a call,
Not knowing what it has in store.
Pain resonating from the center,
A silken hand upon that shell.
Confusion makes it's presence known,
from that touch thoughts become stale.
All thats left are of memories past....

This poem for some reason crept into my mind and wouldn't release me from it's hold untill It was placed upon paper. I don't exactly know what it will mean to you all but to me it simply explains the pain that come from dwelling in the past.

Anyways I hope you all like it.
