The Flash isn't my favorite hero, but I like him and he gives me an excuse to work on my speed FX. This wasn't the greatest image of Wally, but I did what I could to salvage it. It was very pixelated and the color was faded.
The BG was simple, but trying to give a feeling of motion... not so simple. I tried to use a mix or blurring, shadowing, and lighting to gove him a feel of movement, which is not very easy with a still pic. Hope you all like it.
