... No offense, but I honestly don't see how this deserves a feature. It's not a -bad- drawing, but it could use some major improvement. The coloring is botchy, and at times doesn't even stay in the lines, and a lot of the lines look very wobbly and unprofessional. Definitely try to work on that.
Touzoku, why don't you try being NOT so rude? My God. Well I definately think it's worth the feature! You're very good at drawing crystaltsubasa! Don't listen to rude people like him/her. She/he is just jealous that Psyconorikan-sama picked you and not her.. or him.. or whatever Anyways great drawing!

Lost cause trying to reason with them. ; You should know that if you like Chibiusa in any way, some people will bash her just for how she acted in one series without looking at how she acts in another.
Would you like being about all of eight years old (that's what she looks and acts like, even if she's really hundreds of years old or something xD;; ) and wandering around in a completely different country without your parents and having to fight with a bunch of teenage girls whos powers are all much better then yours already? ;;
This is adorable. I love how you drew and colored her hair and eyes. Her face is so sweet! -cuddles-
It's cute -- I guess. Her left pigtail is a little too long in comparison to the other, and the shading could be bolder -- the areas are sport on, but a little too light, for my tastes.
