I really like how you did the hair; it has a nice sheen to it but doesn't detract from the main image. The right eye looks slightly off-balance though. It should curve (since the head is a sphere, the eyes follow that shape and we're viewing it at an angle). Overall, I like what I've seen of your style in this piece; the eyes (aside from the aforementioned problem) are sleek and elegant looking, and the hair is nicely drawn.
