Did this for class, and yea it kinda sucks but it's like the only thing I've drawn that wasn't even remotely human in quite some time.
Some friends in my class yelled at me because I always fancied Grendel rather reptillian, but apparently he's more commonly envisioned as a troll/neandertal/fuzzy sort of a critter. Oh well. Done at 4.30 in the morning--and it kinda shows.
