This little mare, Sanguine, has been through a LOT!

She came to me in a breyer lot, half done, beaten, and a bad paint job. Most of her hooves were already carved. Poor thing! Sooo, I fixed her up, repositioned her, and used her as my second test subject as "can Breyer Models go into the oven with sculpy without ruinging them?" Well... no. Not her anyway. Half her body caved in. She was a mess! A little more fixing up, and a little more patience, and she was was perfect again, and all she needed was a new paint job! I decided to use her again as my test subject (poor mare!) on my lesson on "How to paint a Rabicano" (Rabicano, for those of you who don't know, is a horse coloration that is much like... rough vertical striping on their barrels).

Anyway, this is how she turned out.
