I felt as though this was her character Veelyith (a vortigaunt from the half-life video game series), after the war and trying to fit in with the rest of the humans, or maybe even just relaxing during the war (hey, warriors need a break too - . -)
Though I don't know what veelyith does. Maybe she's a pacifist for all I know, in which case the picture still is applicable.
The background was shot on location on highway 17. Yeah, a dangerous location I know but you have to work with what you've been given. Luckily we set up in a pocket in between the major ant-lion nests and were mostly left alone. Most of the combine were at city 17 also making our job easier.
Butterflies are still hard to come by though.
