According to Sheezy Art's policy (if you read when you submit the artwork) if there is excess cleavage showing or if the girl is scantily dressed it's considered mature. There have been a few arguments and the suggestion of putting in a "Teen" section for pictures like these, but CC said it would complicate the system and they're flooded with work right now as it is to get this up and running. So, that's why it was filed under mature *shrugs* (by the way, I was one of the ones pushing for a "Teen" section...I don't think this is mature either but that IS SA's policy).

Blossom defiinitely looks sexy here. I love how you incorporated hearts into everything. I also particulary like her boots. As well as the pose! And the hair! !
