If using the reference pictures on the right as a guide to how good this tutorial can actually be, just remember that the bigger the size of the picture you use, the better the effect is.
Please also keep in mind that this is my very first tutorial. -_^

ANYWAY, awsome tutorial! I never knew it was that easy. I don't Photoshop CS (but I did learn how to use in in school), but I can still use this tutorial for the program I do have! I'll give it a shot & show you sometime!

The way I do it is
Duplicate Layer>Desaturate>Gausiian Blur 4.7>Overlay
