Yes , it's a cyberman from Doctor Who. however, this design was never seen on TV.
this is a 'transitional' design I have created, which bridges the massive difference in Cyberman design between the end of the 1960's, to the beginning of the 1980's. For geeks like me, it is the transition between an 'invasion' Cyberman and an 'Earthshock' Cyberman. yeeeaahh......
Why is transition number 3? because I am in the process of making more transition designs, but I haven't done them in numerical order.
