There are a lot of good Zero pics out there. I just decided to use this one 1st. I wanted the BG to intergrate with Zero. Rather than do a regular scene BG, I went for a pattern. I tried to make it sync with his buster charging up.
I was playing around making the charge look more light based. It's hard to do a glow effect and keep something semi-transparent.
Zero is copyright Capcom.
