The Garbonzo character is a dancer-warrior, cunning and whimsical, and a trickster to say the least.

This is a partially-furred costume. The non-furred areas are hand-painted. The fur fiber was hand set onto the fabric (not faux fur fabric).
This is a theatrically stylized costume, so realistic elements such as paws were replaced by ballet shoes and simple clawed gloves.

I know I know...it was submitted in 2005, It still caught my eye right away. It's superb in its craftsmanship and actually looks like you could dance in it!
