Inquisitor
The Inquisitors are mysterious poisoned blood demons whose random appearances occur within Hell's major cities. Harboring dark clothes and wielding no weapons, these watchers depend on their smooth tongues and stealth to get the information they need. Basically knowledge whores, Inquisitors love hearing stories and selling information they can gather at the highest price. Though they appear to have no protection, as they typically travel alone, Inquisitors can summon any form of weapon from their own blood loss. Their enemies do them a favor when they injure these blood demons. ^_~ (Their impure status also marks their weapons poisoned, allowing only the Inquisitor to safely hold on to it.) The larger the blood loss, the stronger the weapon they can summon. There's always the risk of losing -too- much blood, but Inquisitors are also natural healers.
Weakness: Major competition with Corrupts. It freaks them out that the technology technics can gather information without having to leave their city.
