This is an oekaki from a while ago too. It is called the lady of the lake. I was thinking of the name from king arthur, but the actual creature is more like a niad. Anyways I didn't think this needed a mature rating because nothing is shown. To me it is a she by default but basically genderless in a way (not the true genderless of course), because she is made of water. If I am error please let me know.
