After seeing SuraidaChan's (and many other great Megaman artists) art again on SheezyArt I realized that my Rockman.EXE character's design was far too much of an Elec.EXE recolour. So, I sketched out a simple design, stole colours from an awesome picture that Oni-Link did for me, and tried my hand at a little CGing. I'm not very good at cging at all, but I wanted to get an idea of his colours and such.
His legs are too short and his crotch is too low, other than that he looks half decent.
Any suggestions for design changes? Like, colours, elements to add and remove, etc? Right now I'm thinking I should change the boot straps to a shade of orange rather than aqua. There are some brilliant Rockman artists out there, please tear him apart and make him better.
Oh, and the vehicle in the background is a Canadian army ambulance from WWII, commonly referred to as "Gin Wagons".
