Actually Pyrexia isn't really Mother Earth... she's just the keeper of the forest or something along those lines.
But the song Mother Earth by Within Temptation always reminds me of her.
I have no idea what possessed me to do a background... but I did! And I'm quite pleased, even if it is BRUSH OVERLOAD OMG. I think all of the brushes were from Pretty Brush and Photoshop 7 itself.
I've been wanting to do a picture of Pyrexia at one with nature for a while! This is when she's at her calmest, and the pink dot on her forehead will be just that - a dot. If she gets angry, the dot will extend further up her forehead, a little like a thermometer. This fits in with the whole hot/cold and Pyrexia [meaning fever] thing. :3
