Took me long enough to make a new oekaki, huh? Stuff hasn't been really going well for me lately. My health has been pretty poor, so I haven't been drawing much. Tonight though I was doing a bit better and just for fun I decided to try out the new Shi Painter at the TA board. It was a lot of fun, though it made my lines look funny to me, so I just had to go for a lineless look. At first I kept thinking about erasing it or closing the oekaki board altogether, but I loved Kat's eyes so much that I just couldn't let myself quit. I'm glad that I made myself finish it because I'm pretty happy with it.
Now onto the description itself... This is Kat (my infamous Sonic the Hedgehog character Katalina) as a child. As the picture heavily indicates she's lost in the rain, in the dark. (Sort of self-explanatory, huh?)
I think this is pretty good despite my difficulties in drawing lately. Hopefully this means that I'm getting out of my slump and won't be posting a month or two apart anymore. I still want to finish that other picture of Kat after all. (And I have other sketchy pictures I'd like to finish.)
