That's something different, yeah? Not usually for my style.
Maybe you have seen the sketch of this in my scraps, I just added the bent horn in the middle here.

The colouring is a mix of cell-shading, painting and structure

the scales on the neck are all handdrawn!!! Err... Mousedrawn!!! *ugh*
I defenitely must get a tablet.
