Golden Pride

My favorite bird in the world is the Golden Eagle. They are juuuusssttt such BEAUTIFUL creatures! I mean, bald eagles are all well and good too, but something about a golden eagle just radiates power and pride... If I was an animagus, it would so be a golden eagle (as I show in one picture further back in my gallery). Ahh....such lovely animals...

Anyway, here's a quick realism of one that I did of one on black paper with prismacolor colored pencils. I kind-of like how it turned out...I didn't add a bg because it looked better without one . Two references were used (one for pose and colors, the other for additional colors).
