Boredom Mostly. I saw a submission of some design of a Mewthree and recalled my inclination to draw a pokemon which I particularly liked while playing Silver. Ampharos was way too cute for my artistic tastes though, so Voila. And I stick in a frying mareep for good measure. Respect thy Elders.
