A while back when MMZ1 came out, I almost immediately decided Colonel would make a spiffy Cyber Elf. Well I abandoned the idea...
Till recently.
So I figure Colonel wouldn't LIKE being a Cyber Elf, let alone tiny, hence...
Crabbiest Cyber Elf. EVER.
This would be form 2. he's a pretty big elf in Stage 3. But more importantly he's travel size in phase 1 and 2. Much to NS' delight and Harpuia's chagrin. Atleast he has a beam sabre.. Wait...
