This is a new character I designed (*fweep* my first!
). Anywho, I thought it looked a lot like a type of Naruto Character, so I decided to enter him in the contest.
Hehe, forgive me for playing around with techniques I suck at. I was heavely inspired by Onimusha concept art and of course, Gaara! Hehe, hope you like!
Oh yeah, his name is Ochimaru. I'm not sure what all his jutsu's are, but I thought of at least one...
He freezes his opponent's blood.
