I've finally convinced myself to upload linearts into my gallery here...usally i just reverve them for VCL or my Scraps at DA. BUT...since Sheezy has no scraps, and I have no way to scan in new things...I shall just upload this here. For fun I suppose.
A small, machine-oriented species for my webcomic. I have not yet come up with a name for them. They usally stand anywhere from 3' to 4.5' tall and are currently in bondage to the wealthier producers from the East, Common traits include a long torso, highly flexible bodies, two horns on the head which are very random in growth patterns, poor strength and high intelligence. Thier tails are also prehensile. This one in particular may be a pivotal character in the comic since I like his design and I already have a personality created for him.
Fandom Fact: When you keep blacklites on too long it smells like cat pee. I'm so serious. I was about to be really upset with the Princess of the Laundry Room until I turned my lights off and...the smell went away in like...5 mins. That was so random. *rambles on and on...*
AAAAND. I've been on this beige and crimson kick for the longest time and every new thing I draw is beige and crimson. I finally came up with this species and they ARE NOT going to be beige and crimson. So if you have any ideas for a good colour scheme, do tell because I can't come up with a thing right now and I'd LOVE to hear some input.

I love the expression on his face- he looks so strong and the goggles are fantastic!
For a colour scheme I guess blue and light brown would look cool together, gah whatever colour u choose it's going to look awesome!

Remember when you were little, and everyone's favorite colors where blue, pink, and purple? Well, that's what it seemed like to me, and I was always drawing with blue, pink, and purple markers and crayons. Well, it's so pretty, and no one seems to use that scheme ne more. probably cause that's what they used to do in elementary school. I'm designing a pic w/ these colors to bring back the memories, maybe you could too! I'm sorry about your scanner, I have one, but it's made of crap...X___X
