This faerie is used for the pages on my site that are under construction. Underneath her are the words:
"You have been stopped by the Under Construction Faerie!
'This page is under construction, dammit!' she yells at you.
She then throws an apple at your head. You curse her out.
'Go back to the main page!' she exclaims."
So yes, she is mean.
Not sure if I like her much. I know she is kinda off porportion-wise and I forgot to colour in her lips. x_x Oh well.

I totally love the yellow and black combination. The thing is, she looks so nice and sht, but I guess everyone gets a surprise, and an apple upside their heads
