Well I drew Ed since I think he's a cool chracther!^^ Sadly enough do I only know a very little about him and Full Metal Alchemist, since the show isn't available here where I live!:(

I would have to say that the lineart is very good, but the shading is a little inconsistent. Try locating a light source, then shade from that direction.
Very nice piece though, I like the expression.
