This is my fav character at the manga Houshin Engi!
He is also called the Human Paopei, because he isn't human, though he has a human form (which was given by Taiitsu Shinjin to his original form: a ball of flesh)...
The manga is created by Ryû Fugisaki, I think

Nice work on drawing the metal bits (yeah, still haven't seen/read this) as well as the coloring of the hair.
