WORK IN PROGRESS
Please tell me what you think of when you see this... I realize, it will make more sense after colouring, and she's missing an eye, and a pencil sketch is still part of the picture -- that's alllll intentional.
The point is that she's coming out of the tree. Its morning (or will be when painted), rays of light are bursting in and Gaia is waking for the day.. thought it fitting she'd be climbing/morphing out of a tree -- no she's not a tree, but she's part of everything.. which is why her arm will be faded into the wood and moss, and her posterior and thigh is all still part of the tree as she "climbs out". ... oh and the hair too.

psst... why are the tree in the background thicker towards the top than the bottom? Are they growing upside down? ;) Sorry, is my only real crit at the moment on this. You can tell you hurried the background with the thick trees and the not so wrapping around vines. The foreground with the character looks good and I'm sure will look better coloured ^___^
