This is the third and final painting I did in the painting class with ~PixieCorpse last summer. I absolutely love auroras (though I've never seen one), so this was my subject for my thing category. This took me about three and a half days to complete, so that means I started it around June 21, 2004. The date at which it was complete was June 24, 2004. I did everything myself, but I had a good amount of help on the aurora itself from the acrylic painting teacher. I submitted this to my school's summer art show (even though my parents said it wasn't good enough to get), but they didn't have enough entries to make a show, so they just put up the winners in the office. If there had been more entries, I would have gotten in too! Anyways, this is my pride-and-joy painting, and made me find my love acrylic. It was done on a 12" x 16" canvas board, and done entirely with acrylic.

Total Lengh: 12 hours and 30 minutes.
