Water Dragon

I've been designing a new flash movie by me, that it involves the four already famous elements, Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth, the story will most likely will be about four dragons that are the gods of each element. The flash will be medieval, I'm still not sure if I will do it with humans, or anthros.

One question. Should I CG color them, and add a neat BG to them?

I still haven't thought of their names yet as well.
