1- there's no liquor bottle. seriously, that's a rarity in kyo pics. he also isn't drunk! not because i forgot it but because i thought it'd wreck the colour scheme.
2- there's no BLOOD on that bandage. it also doesn't seem to be choking or otherwise restraining him.
d'aw, i gotta give him a break from time to time.
