Ok, I promised this picture to the awesome neptunstears back when my Sailor Moon club hit 1000 hits (it now has 10000 hits, imagine!) a LONG time ago. And darn, I still didn't finish it. ><; Just wanted to show I was working on it. ^^' Since it's for someone else, I want it too perfect..... And I did too many mistakes already... >< *sigh* Ne well, comments appreciated.
