Hmmm... this is very nice. Some things to point out, proportionally, the mouth is a little out of place when compared to the nose. You see a little bit more of the mouth with how you drew it, than you should. The other thing that bugs me, is the shoulders. Although it is an interesting pose, that you don't see very often, and is very nice to see, I think that perhaps you could use a reference doll, or person to better help you to draw the physical proportions of this. I really like the hair, and nice job with the PS background.
