I over did the shineys on this and shoulda used softer and more faded colors on kat. I like it though cause this was my second attempt using the blurr tool to make shineys and it came out better (They were atually MEANT to look like orbs of light this time)
The water has to be my favourite part ^o^
This was done 100% in OC. No line art from a scan
