This is a Megaman fan-character of a friend of mine. Her name is Sakairi, she is an old friend of Meiru and her navi is Granity.EXE. I hope to get a picture of Granity up soon.
Let it be known that this is my first attempt at using Photoshop. Not to pleased with it except for the bottom half of the shirt and the skirt. Kinda like the boots too but I could have done better with her face. Oh well, I tried. Hope you like it :3
I hate her eyes. They look gelatinous. Like if you were to poke them they'd wiggle and bobble about like jello.

I know how hard PS can be.. I envy someone who actually uses it. 
Nice work on the CGing/ inking and such especailly. I like the shading too.
